What we actually collect, in plain English
No legalese padding. This covers the website (flow.nasar.sg) and, separately, the app itself.
Last updated: 7 September 2026
The app: Nasar Flow on your iPhone
Recording and transcription happen entirely on your device. Your voice, your transcripts, and your history never leave your iPhone and are never uploaded anywhere, by us or anyone else. The app has no account system and no analytics SDK. The only network activity the app itself makes is downloading a speech model file (a static file, not your data) the first time you pick a language.
This website: what happens when you request an invite
When you submit the signup form, we collect:
- Your email address, sent to Apple's App Store Connect API to add you as a TestFlight tester. This is the only way to get you the invite automatically, without us manually processing signups.
- A record of that signup (email and timestamp) kept on our own server, so we know who's on the beta and can help if your invite doesn't arrive.
That's it. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone except Apple, and only for the one purpose above. Apple's own handling of your email as a TestFlight tester is governed by Apple's privacy policy, not ours.
If you'd like your email removed from our records (separate from your Apple TestFlight tester record, which you can leave any time from the TestFlight app), contact us and we'll delete it.
Basic site analytics
We keep a simple, self-hosted log of page visits (which page, roughly when, and which site sent you here, if any) so we can tell whether this site is actually working. There's no cookie, no cross-site tracking, no third-party analytics script, and no attempt to identify individual visitors. We don't use Google Analytics or anything similar.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect changes, this page will change with it, honestly, not quietly. Check the "last updated" date above.
